基于上述原則新開(kāi)發(fā)的1500錠超長(zhǎng)細(xì)紗機(jī)。設(shè)備采用分段多軸同步驅(qū)動(dòng)控制方案,使用貝加萊(B&R)高性能可編程計(jì)算機(jī)控制器(PCC)和分布式IO模塊X20以及ACOPOSmulti調(diào)速系統(tǒng),通過(guò)POWERLINK總線控制方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)帶自動(dòng)集體落紗的1500錠超長(zhǎng)細(xì)紗機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的完美方案。

  2.1.1.      特點(diǎn)
    前、中、后羅拉,錠子及鋼領(lǐng)板分別由電動(dòng)機(jī)直接傳動(dòng)。
    氣圈環(huán)、鋼領(lǐng)板與導(dǎo)紗板升降運(yùn)動(dòng)分離,有效控制紡紗張力?!?br />    所有紡紗工藝參數(shù)通過(guò)人機(jī)對(duì)話,在操作屏中設(shè)置。

國(guó)內(nèi)某知名鍍膜玻璃制造商在二十世紀(jì)九十年代引進(jìn)了德國(guó)的大型磁控濺射鍍膜玻璃生產(chǎn)線,生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)采用了Opto22的產(chǎn)品,這個(gè)系統(tǒng)使用一直十分穩(wěn)定,系統(tǒng)硬件極為可靠,很少購(gòu)買備件,為了擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)能,公司決定對(duì)生產(chǎn)線改造,在改造過(guò)程中系統(tǒng)依然采用了Opto22的以太網(wǎng)控制產(chǎn)品。
改造的內(nèi)容是對(duì)新增的濺射室實(shí)現(xiàn)控制,在濺射室外通過(guò)循環(huán)冷卻水,當(dāng)條件具備時(shí),在濺射室內(nèi)通入設(shè)定比例的工藝氣體,通過(guò)控制濺射電源的電源功率和電流,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)浮法玻璃的表面鍍膜。it is obvious that PCC control system has more competitive advantages.
