、現(xiàn)場總線等組成的控制系統(tǒng);先進的驅(qū)動技術,有變頻調(diào)速、交流伺服、步進電機等。 1、改造方案    根據(jù)梳理機運行實踐及當前控制領域的水平與發(fā)展,確定A186E型梳理機改造的指導思想是:機電分離,集中控制,實時監(jiān)控。其目的在于將電氣控制系統(tǒng)與機械系統(tǒng)結構上相分離,以利于機電系統(tǒng)的維護和修理,將分離式硬件邏輯控制系統(tǒng)改為模塊化集中控制,以提高梳理機控制水平,增強系統(tǒng)的可靠性;運用智能化技術對梳理機運行進行實時監(jiān)控,給操作工以指導。A186E電氣改造的關鍵是去掉錫林電機、道夫電機的原有繼電器控制系統(tǒng),采用PLC控制變頻器方案。新型控制系統(tǒng)以松下FP0 PLC為控制核心,以兩臺JBA系列變頻器為主要控制單元,控制梳棉機錫林和道夫的運轉(zhuǎn)。 使用了PLC和JBA系列變頻器的A186E型梳理機控制系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)機電一體化,完成相對復雜的控制。并可節(jié)約能耗、實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速、延長機器使用壽命、改善生產(chǎn)工藝,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低生產(chǎn)成本。    2、變頻器控制系統(tǒng)    變頻系統(tǒng)采用JBA系列交流變頻器,電機運行時主要有三種速度,分別為:手動速度,低速及標準速度。手動速度用于試車,低速是啟動過渡時的電機運行速度,標準速度是電機正常運行速度,通過改變相應參數(shù)值,就可以改變電機的運行速度。    改造前后生產(chǎn)指標    改造后梳棉機工作穩(wěn)定可靠,而且能按梳棉機的工藝要求方便地控制梳棉機??梢愿鶕?jù)所紡纖維種類和對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求確定梳棉機的電氣參數(shù),包括錫林和道夫的啟動時間以及它們的轉(zhuǎn)速等。通過紡不同纖維的試驗并綜合測試發(fā)現(xiàn),梳棉機的平均產(chǎn)量可達21kg/h,提高了近35%。斷頭率下降40%,減少回花30%,針布軋傷率平均下降50%,生條一級合格率提高10.5%,生條重量不勻率下降0.8%-2.4%,并可促進安全生產(chǎn),降低勞動強度。 基于GT01觸摸屏的PLC控制變頻器的控制系統(tǒng)方案在A186E梳理機上的應用,提高了單機的機電一體化水平,更為重要的是為提高棉紡全流程運行的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性奠定了基礎,保證了全流程連續(xù)、同步、平穩(wěn)運行,使輸出毛條長片段、起長片段、甚至短片段的均勻度都能穩(wěn)定在一定范圍內(nèi),從而保證了成紗質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性。該機所采用的控制系統(tǒng),完全可以應用于其它國產(chǎn)傳統(tǒng)紡織設備的改造當中。改造后的梳棉機生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定,整體性能大有提高。改造費用不足6000元,卻可較大幅度提高A186型梳棉機的技術性能,延長使用壽命,對我國現(xiàn)有5萬多臺A186系列梳棉機的技術改造具有一定的推廣價值。PROFIBUS is the most widely used process field bus system in the world. The frequency conversion system of frequency converter control system adopts JBA series AC frequency converter. There are three main speeds when the motor operates, namely: manual speed, low speed and standard speed. The manual speed is used for test run.
