ALSTOM MBCI01N1AB0761B總線拓展模塊控制系統(tǒng)采用1套 CTH300-C36、Ethercat總線連接8臺高性能伺服驅動A4N。PLC后面掛高速計數(shù)模塊，和數(shù)字量輸入模塊，數(shù)字里輸出模塊，電源模塊來配合使用。
1、合信CTH300系列中大型PLC，程序空間數(shù)據(jù)空間大，擴展能力強，處理器掃描速度快；
2、 高速EtherCAT總線控制方案，接線簡潔，控制精度高，速率快，響應實時；
3、通過CODESYS軟件可以有效的查看跟蹤對應的變量的變化曲線，方便調節(jié)；
4、電子凸輪的使用讓工藝過程更好控制。
旋蓋機控制要點
1.瓶在輸送帶上輸出過來，夾帶伺服與水平伺服的同步；
2.設備流水線工作，保證旋蓋的同步運動必須到位；
3.設備是雙工位，單雙數(shù)的控制與觸發(fā)；
4.傳輸皮帶的速度、旋蓋的力矩的控制；
5.旋蓋時升降軸速度與旋蓋轉數(shù)的匹配；
