ABB O3ED通道隔離模塊熱熔膠機主要用于熱熔膠的融化和恒溫出膠，主要用在需要長時間穩(wěn)定供應熔融狀態(tài)的熱熔膠的生產(chǎn)場合，適用于紙尿片生產(chǎn)等類似制品的加工過程。機器需要對膠缸、膠槍和膠管同時進行恒溫控制，當溫度達到設定值范圍后，再啟動變頻器，變頻器攪動熔融狀態(tài)的熱熔膠。使用顧美的觸摸屏一體機EX3G-70KH-44MT-16AD-NI120-485P，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，集成了16路溫度控制，支持NI120類型熱電阻，485通信口支持modbus RTU協(xié)議的所有功能碼，使用方便。熱熔膠機，主要分兩個部分，溫度控制部分和速度控制部分。操作界面有九路溫度的設置菜單，報警溫度和電機停止溫度設置，電機有手動模式和自動模式，自動模式下，馬達轉(zhuǎn)速和外部電壓呈線性關(guān)系，線性關(guān)系斜率可以改變，手動模式下，可以直接給定速度。

切管機是用來壓制裁切各種普通紙板、瓦楞紙板、塑片、皮革制品的專用設備。適用于印刷、包裝裝潢、塑料等行業(yè)之用。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、制造精良、壓切力大、精度高、使用方便、操作安全可靠等優(yōu)點。

二、工藝要求

全自動模式，利用3VE的飛剪功能，輸入需要切的長度，要求每個切出來的管子的誤差在5絲以內(nèi)。

三、方案
該控制系統(tǒng)主要采用維控人機界面LEVI-700LK，PLC主機使用LX3VE-1412MT,伺服采用位置控制模式。簡要方案如下：觸摸屏上輸入需要切的長度，設定產(chǎn)量，分別輸入主從軸一圈的脈沖數(shù)，以及主從軸的周長等參數(shù)，點擊參數(shù)確定后，再點擊啟動，即可工作。

四、程序簡要介紹  HMI程序：參數(shù)畫面：該畫面主要設置系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)，包括主從軸的脈沖數(shù)、周長、產(chǎn)量等。The hot melt adhesive machine is mainly used for melting hot melt adhesive and constant temperature dispensing. 2、 Process requirements
In the fully automatic mode, the flying shear function of 3VE is used to input the length to be cut, and the error of each cut pipe is required to be within 5 wires.
3、 Programme
