ABB O3ES HENF445789R1通道隔離模塊熱熔膠機(jī)主要用于熱熔膠的融化和恒溫出膠，主要用在需要長時(shí)間穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)熔融狀態(tài)的熱熔膠的生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)合，適用于紙尿片生產(chǎn)等類似制品的加工過程。機(jī)器需要對(duì)膠缸、膠槍和膠管同時(shí)進(jìn)行恒溫控制，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到設(shè)定值范圍后，再啟動(dòng)變頻器，變頻器攪動(dòng)熔融狀態(tài)的熱熔膠。使用顧美的觸摸屏一體機(jī)EX3G-70KH-44MT-16AD-NI120-485P，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，集成了16路溫度控制，支持NI120類型熱電阻，485通信口支持modbus RTU協(xié)議的所有功能碼，使用方便。熱熔膠機(jī)，主要分兩個(gè)部分，溫度控制部分和速度控制部分。操作界面有九路溫度的設(shè)置菜單，報(bào)警溫度和電機(jī)停止溫度設(shè)置，電機(jī)有手動(dòng)模式和自動(dòng)模式，自動(dòng)模式下，馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)速和外部電壓呈線性關(guān)系，線性關(guān)系斜率可以改變，手動(dòng)模式下，可以直接給定速度。

二、工藝要求

全自動(dòng)模式，利用3VE的飛剪功能，輸入需要切的長度，要求每個(gè)切出來的管子的誤差在5絲以內(nèi)。

三、方案
該控制系統(tǒng)主要采用維控人機(jī)界面LEVI-700LK，PLC主機(jī)使用LX3VE-1412MT,伺服采用位置控制模式。簡要方案如下：觸摸屏上輸入需要切的長度，設(shè)定產(chǎn)量，分別輸入主從軸一圈的脈沖數(shù)，以及主從軸的周長等參數(shù)，點(diǎn)擊參數(shù)確定后，再點(diǎn)擊啟動(dòng)，即可工作。

四、程序簡要介紹  HMI程序：參數(shù)畫面：該畫面主要設(shè)置系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)，包括主從軸的脈沖數(shù)、周長、產(chǎn)量等。The hot melt adhesive machine is mainly used for melting hot melt adhesive and constant temperature dispensing. 3、 Programme
