二、DCS接地分類
在一般情況下，DCS控制系統(tǒng)需要兩種接地：保護(hù)地和工作地（邏輯地、屏蔽地等）。對(duì)于裝有安全柵防爆措施的系統(tǒng)如化工行業(yè)所用的系統(tǒng)，還要求有本安地。
2.1保護(hù)地（CG，Cabinet Grounding）
是為了防止設(shè)備外殼的靜電荷積累、避免造成人身傷害而采取的保護(hù)措施。DCS系統(tǒng)所有的操作員機(jī)柜、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制站機(jī)柜、打印機(jī)、端子柜等均應(yīng)接保護(hù)地。保護(hù)地應(yīng)接至廠區(qū)電氣專業(yè)接地網(wǎng)，接地電阻小于4Ω。The purpose of DCS system grounding is to ensure that the effective grounding system can withstand the overload current and quickly lead the overload current to the ground when the signal, power supply or DCS system equipment entering the DCS system have problems. The grounding system can provide shielding layer for DCS, eliminate electronic noise interference, and provide common signal reference point (i.e. reference zero potential) for the entire control system.
When problems occur in the grounding system (such as excessive grounding resistance, multi-point grounding, broken grounding wire or grounding wire contacting with high voltage and high current equipment), it will cause electric shock injury to personnel and damage to equipment. It is understood that some DCS systems often "crash" (or "crash" for unknown reasons), mostly due to poor grounding system or problems. Therefore, perfect, reliable and correct grounding is the key to safe, reliable and good operation of DCS system.
2、 DCS grounding classification
In general, DCS control system requires two kinds of grounding: protective grounding and working grounding (logic grounding, shielding grounding, etc.). Intrinsically safe places are also required for systems equipped with explosion-proof barriers, such as those used in the chemical industry.
2.1 Protective area (CG, Cabinet Grounding)
It is a protective measure taken to prevent the accumulation of static charges in the equipment shell and avoid personal injury. All operator cabinets, field control station cabinets, printers, terminal cabinets, etc. of DCS system shall be grounded. The protective ground shall be connected to the grounding grid of electrical discipline in the plant area, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 4 Ω.
