按“程序啟動(dòng)”按鈕，啟動(dòng)壓濾機(jī)開(kāi)始卸料，高壓卸荷閥將油缸內(nèi)的高壓卸掉，以防止壓緊板松開(kāi)時(shí)液壓系統(tǒng)受沖擊。
a.高壓泄荷時(shí)間由 PLC 控制，當(dāng)延時(shí)時(shí)間達(dá)到后，壓濾機(jī)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)入壓緊板松開(kāi)狀態(tài)。
b. 松開(kāi)：油泵電機(jī)啟動(dòng)，松開(kāi)閥得電，液壓站往油缸前腔供油，活塞桿帶動(dòng)壓緊板后退，濾室被打開(kāi)，開(kāi)始卸料，當(dāng)壓緊板接觸到松開(kāi)限位開(kāi)關(guān)、后，壓濾機(jī)自動(dòng)停止
c. 壓緊：油泵電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，壓緊電磁閥得電，液壓站往油缸高壓腔供油，活塞桿帶動(dòng)壓緊板前進(jìn)，從而推動(dòng)濾板執(zhí)行壓緊動(dòng)作，當(dāng)濾板與止推板相接觸時(shí)，液壓系統(tǒng)壓力上升，當(dāng)達(dá)到設(shè)定壓力上限值時(shí)壓濾機(jī)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)入保壓狀態(tài)。
