程序介紹
1、運(yùn)行畫面：此畫面主要顯示已加工數(shù)量、和各個機(jī)頭的動作指示，此設(shè)備具有手動和自動兩個模式，可通過選擇進(jìn)行切換，在自動狀態(tài)下，按下自動運(yùn)行啟動按鈕，設(shè)備即自動運(yùn)行。

2、手動畫面：在手動狀態(tài)下可利用手動按鈕讓設(shè)備單步運(yùn)行。

3、模式選擇畫面：通過選擇不同的模式，可把鋼筋折成不同的形狀。

4、動作運(yùn)行時間設(shè)定畫面：此畫面主要是改變每個動作的運(yùn)行時長，此設(shè)備的每個動作都有限位限制，為了保護(hù)設(shè)備，當(dāng)限位失效時，利用時長也可控制動作的運(yùn)行，即每個動作運(yùn)行一定時間之后自動停止。介紹了匯川綜合產(chǎn)品在電子裁板鋸上的應(yīng)用。本系統(tǒng)全部采用匯川產(chǎn)品，以PLC為控制中心，采用匯川伺服為驅(qū)動，外部磁柵尺反饋位置為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，HMI為監(jiān)控，并著重介紹匯川伺服全閉環(huán)非標(biāo)的應(yīng)用。

一：技術(shù)背景
精密裁板鋸可用于各種人造板如貼面刨花板、纖維板、膠合板及實木板、塑料板、鋁合金等多種材料的縱剖橫切，廣泛應(yīng)用于板式家具行業(yè)以及車船制造等木材加工行業(yè),屬于木工機(jī)械當(dāng)中的通用設(shè)備,市場需求量相對巨大。

電子裁板鋸，又叫電腦裁板鋸，采用全自動觸摸控制，人機(jī)一體化操作，在觸摸屏或者PC機(jī)上輸入需要開料的數(shù)據(jù)，啟動機(jī)器，機(jī)器自動運(yùn)行對需要加工的板材進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)裁切的機(jī)械。相比推臺鋸，電子裁板鋸有以下優(yōu)點：
1. 操作簡單。推臺鋸每裁一段板都需要人工對尺寸，而電子裁板鋸只需要在觸摸屏上設(shè)定好數(shù)據(jù)，人工上料，然后按自動運(yùn)行即可按設(shè)定的尺寸鋸裁。
2. 效率更高。電子裁板鋸的送料機(jī)械手和鋸切的移動電機(jī)都采用高性能伺服系統(tǒng)控制PLC
