冬季防凍循環(huán)
   室外管道(保溫水箱和集熱器之間)在寒冷的冬天可能被凍，因此必須有防凍循環(huán)功能；當(dāng)集熱器溫度(檢測(cè)傳感器測(cè)溫)低于一定值(2-5攝氏度)時(shí)，啟動(dòng)集熱循環(huán)泵，將保溫水箱中的熱水打進(jìn)集熱器，防止管路結(jié)凍。
4電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
   系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)選用HMI b7s515型號(hào)觸摸屏以實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的可視化監(jiān)測(cè)與控制，下位機(jī)選用臺(tái)達(dá)系列PLC，主機(jī)CPU選用DVP40ES2，溫度模塊選用04PT-E2，AD模塊選用04AD-E2。擴(kuò)展模塊還可加入功率變送器，監(jiān)測(cè)電磁閥，循環(huán)泵以及輔助熱源的功率，如圖2所示。

    (1)溫度傳感器所測(cè)得溫度相關(guān)信號(hào)經(jīng)PT模塊轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)字量后傳回PLC的CPU，PLC的狀態(tài)反應(yīng)到觸摸屏上，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，如圖3所示。

    (2)水箱液位傳感器測(cè)得電信號(hào)后，經(jīng)液位變送器將電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為4-20mA的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào)后，經(jīng)AD模塊轉(zhuǎn)換為數(shù)字量信號(hào)傳回PLC，PLC根據(jù)設(shè)定值做出判斷，控制水箱電磁閥的開(kāi)啟與斷開(kāi)，如圖4所示。

   另外，各溫度傳感器的測(cè)量溫度直接代表各個(gè)組成部分的溫度，以此來(lái)控制系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行，因此，溫度傳感器的安裝位置極其重要。溫度傳感器安裝處的水溫必須能代表所測(cè)部分的平均溫度。
5電氣控制系統(tǒng)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)
(1)WPL Soft開(kāi)發(fā)PLC控制程序
WPL Soft為臺(tái)達(dá)電子可編程控制器DVP系列在Windows存在系統(tǒng)環(huán)境下所使用的程序編程軟件，臺(tái)達(dá)PLC采用可以編制程序的存儲(chǔ)器，用來(lái)在其內(nèi)部執(zhí)行邏輯運(yùn)算、順序運(yùn)算、計(jì)時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)和算術(shù)運(yùn)算等操作的指令control to facilitate parameter setting and system start and stop.

The distributed control system adopts pmc2000 Industrial Ethernet programmable controller (PLC) as the controller. It itself contains 8 Di, 8 do, 6 AI and 2 Ao, with rich IO points. Di and do are used together to complete the control of water inlet system. With efficient PID function, analog output is used to control the pressure regulating module, so that the water temperature can be continuously adjusted and the control accuracy is high. Pmc2000 itself also has two RS485 interfaces, which are connected to the local touch screen.
