奧斯麥特爐在熔煉過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量高溫?zé)煔?,因此通過余熱鍋爐回收利用高溫?zé)煔庥脕懋a(chǎn)生蒸汽,并輸送到廠內(nèi)的發(fā)電站實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)電??紤]到鋅渣熔煉過程會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量煙塵以及發(fā)生爐渣噴濺粘結(jié)堵塞上升煙道的可能性,因此采用了新型的帶有膜式全水冷壁垂直上升煙道、強(qiáng)制循環(huán)和新型帶彈簧墊錘式振打清灰裝置的余熱鍋爐,每小時(shí)產(chǎn)出100 t的4.3 MPa、254℃過熱蒸氣,供廠內(nèi)發(fā)電站發(fā)電。圖2.4為現(xiàn)場實(shí)際的汽水系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行畫面。

 
2.2.2控制策略
 
汽包液位是鍋爐安全運(yùn)行的一個(gè)十分重要的參數(shù),是自動(dòng)控制的重要環(huán)節(jié),汽包液位保持在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)是保證鍋爐正常運(yùn)行的必要條件,本次鍋爐汽包液位采用三沖量的控制方式,可以有效避免“虛假水位”帶來的安全隱患,使汽包液位波動(dòng)小,液位控制平穩(wěn)。圖2.5為控制回路,圖2.6為控制算法。

2.3煙氣處理系統(tǒng)
2.3.1煙氣處理系統(tǒng)工藝簡介
煙氣處理系統(tǒng)由3部分組成:
(1)余熱鍋爐的水平段;
(2)電收塵;
(3)制酸系統(tǒng)。
 
從奧斯麥特爐排出的高溫?zé)煔夂写罅康难趸铮?jīng)余熱鍋爐降溫到300~350℃并在水平段沉降一部分煙塵后,進(jìn)入表面冷卻器。在表面冷卻器中煙塵進(jìn)一步沉降并使煙氣溫度降到150~200℃。此后,再進(jìn)入電收塵器。在余熱鍋爐水平段沉降以及通過電收塵收集的氧化鋅產(chǎn)品均通過設(shè)備下面的埋刮板機(jī)輸送到噸袋包裝處進(jìn)行包裝,然后運(yùn)往廠內(nèi)的氧化鋅車間進(jìn)行下一步的處理。圖2.7為現(xiàn)場實(shí)際的振打收塵以及電收塵運(yùn)行畫面。


從奧斯麥特爐排出的高溫?zé)煔庵羞€含有大量的SO2氣體,煙氣通過高溫風(fēng)機(jī)全部運(yùn)送到制酸車間進(jìn)行回收利用。
2.3.2控制策略
余熱鍋爐爐壁上安裝有100多個(gè)振打電機(jī),通過振打電機(jī)將粘附在爐壁上的煙塵(含氧化物產(chǎn)品)進(jìn)行收集。設(shè)計(jì)的振打控制系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)單周期、連續(xù)振打的振打方式,層與層、每個(gè)振打電機(jī)的間隔時(shí)間,振打電機(jī)的振打運(yùn)行時(shí)間均可靈活調(diào)整,方便適應(yīng)現(xiàn)場各種控制要求。如圖2.8為現(xiàn)場部分的控制算法。By using its high-speed pulse output function or motion control function, the control of stepping motor can be realized.

Features of stepping motor:

(2) The open-loop digital control system composed of stepping motor and driver circuit is very simple, cheap and reliable. At the same time, it can also form a high-performance closed-loop digital control system with angle feedback.

(3) The stepping motor has fast dynamic response and is easy to start and stop, forward and reverse rotation and speed change.

(4) The speed can be adjusted smoothly in a wide range, and high torque can still be obtained at low speed.

(5) Stepper motor can only run through pulse power supply. It can not directly use AC power supply and DC power supply.
