電梯控制系統(tǒng)由呼叫到響應(yīng)形成一次工作循環(huán),電梯工作過程可分為自檢、正常運(yùn)行、強(qiáng)制運(yùn)行等三種工作狀態(tài),電梯在三種工作狀態(tài)之間來回切換,構(gòu)成了完整的電梯工作過程。 1.電梯的自檢狀態(tài) PLC后上電,電梯運(yùn)行進(jìn)入自檢狀態(tài),檢測項(xiàng)目為: (1)供電電壓正常。 (2)各控制回路電源電壓正常。 (3)相序正確,相序繼電器吸合,安全回路中各開關(guān)接觸良好,急停繼電器可靠吸合。 (4)關(guān)門到位后,各廳門門鎖和轎門門鎖觸點(diǎn)吸合正常,保證門鎖繼電器可靠吸合。 (5)開、關(guān)門回路正常。 (6)電梯制動(dòng)器動(dòng)作正??煽?。 (7)井道中各開關(guān)位置正確,動(dòng)作可靠。 (8)上、下限位開關(guān),上、下極限開關(guān)位置正確,動(dòng)作可靠。 (9)變頻器處于正常工作狀態(tài),準(zhǔn)備就緒信號輸出有效。 (10)PLC處于正常工作狀態(tài),其運(yùn)行模式開關(guān)處于RUN狀態(tài)。 在以上條件都得到滿足后,電梯才可以進(jìn)入正常運(yùn)行狀態(tài),否則,無法進(jìn)行正常運(yùn)行。 2.電梯的正常運(yùn)行狀態(tài) 電梯完成一個(gè)呼叫響應(yīng)的步驟如下: (1)電梯在檢測到門廳或轎箱的召喚信號后將此樓層信號與轎箱所在樓層信號比較,通過選向模塊進(jìn)行運(yùn)行選向。 (2)電梯開始起動(dòng),通過變頻器驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)拖動(dòng)轎箱運(yùn)動(dòng)。轎箱運(yùn)動(dòng)速度由低速轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹兴僭俎D(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦咚?,并以高速運(yùn)行至目標(biāo)層。 (3)當(dāng)電梯檢測到目標(biāo)層減速點(diǎn)后,電梯進(jìn)入減速狀態(tài),由高速變?yōu)榈退?,并以低速運(yùn)行至平層點(diǎn)停止。 (4)平層后,經(jīng)過一定延時(shí)開門,直至碰到開門到位行程開關(guān);再經(jīng)過一定延時(shí)后關(guān)門,直到安全觸板開關(guān)動(dòng)作。 3.電梯強(qiáng)制運(yùn)行狀態(tài) (1)檢修運(yùn)行 當(dāng)電梯的初始位置需要調(diào)整或電梯需要檢修時(shí),應(yīng)設(shè)置一種狀態(tài)使電梯處于該狀態(tài)時(shí)不響應(yīng)正常的呼叫,并能移動(dòng)到導(dǎo)軌上、下行極限點(diǎn)間的任意位置。檢修時(shí),打開檢修開關(guān),PLC程序進(jìn)入檢修模式,電梯以檢修速度運(yùn)行。按住強(qiáng)迫上(下)行按鈕,這時(shí)上(下)行繼電器吸合,同時(shí)抱閘打開,變頻器收到方向信號后,電梯啟動(dòng)并以檢修速度運(yùn)行。 (2)消防運(yùn)行 消防返回狀態(tài): 火災(zāi)時(shí),設(shè)在大廳的消防開關(guān)合上后,消除內(nèi)選和外呼信號,電梯向下返回消防層站,在返回消防層站的過程中,電梯不應(yīng)答任何內(nèi)選和外呼信號。 消防員專用狀態(tài):到達(dá)消防層后,電梯進(jìn)入消防員專用狀態(tài),每次只應(yīng)答一個(gè)內(nèi)選,且只有一直按住內(nèi)選按鈕,直到關(guān)好門后此內(nèi)選信號才被登記。此狀態(tài)下,外呼信號不登記。 (3)泊梯 泊梯開關(guān)閉合,進(jìn)入泊梯狀態(tài)。若電梯不在泊梯層,則消除內(nèi)選和外呼信號,自動(dòng)返回泊梯層,然后關(guān)門,斷開電源繼電器和變頻器電源接觸器,變頻器斷電,進(jìn)入泊梯狀態(tài)。 五、控制系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì) 1.軟件流程

2.傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)
2.1 主電機(jī)可為雙速電機(jī),大多均為變頻電機(jī),其調(diào)速方便、準(zhǔn)確,啟動(dòng)平穩(wěn),開速時(shí)間可調(diào)且節(jié)電效果明顯。一般電機(jī)帶電磁制動(dòng),制動(dòng)過程平穩(wěn)可靠,制動(dòng)時(shí)間≤0.3秒。

During the process of returning to the fire floor station, the elevator does not respond to any internal selection and external call signals. Special status for firefighters: after arriving at the fire floor, the elevator enters the special status for firefighters.
