RELIANCE UVZC3207邏輯8通道隔離驅動器氧化系統(tǒng)由萘蒸發(fā)器、鼓風機組、氣萘混合系統(tǒng)、反應器、汽水平衡系統(tǒng)等組成。液萘通過萘蒸發(fā)器蒸發(fā)為氣萘，在汽化器內與經過空氣預熱器加熱的空氣混合，然后進入反應器進行反應，反應過程中溫度需維持在基本恒定，反應過程中釋放大量熱量，通過熔鹽循環(huán)帶走熱量，熔鹽循環(huán)過程中通過循環(huán)水減溫，熔鹽溫度不可過低，否則將帶走大量熱量進而導致反應無法正常進行，熔鹽溫度也不可過高，否則將無法起到減溫效果，為熔鹽減溫的循環(huán)水將變?yōu)檎羝?，在汽水系統(tǒng)中流通，提供給汽輪機等設備使用。在萘法制苯酐工藝中，床溫、鹽溫起著至關重要的作用，直接關系到正常生產及人員設備安全問題，若采用單純的溫度分布表羅列數(shù)量眾多的床溫、鹽溫數(shù)據，操作人員極難在繁多的溫度數(shù)據中把握床溫、鹽溫趨勢并找出異常點位。在本系統(tǒng)中以曲線的形式表達同一列不同深度床溫/鹽溫溫度趨勢，使溫度隨著深度變化而變化的趨勢變得一目了然，同時同一深度不同測溫點間的溫差也清晰可見，使得操作人員不再依賴于直觀度較差的溫度表格，極大程度地方便操作人員對于床溫/鹽溫的把控。The oxidation system consists of naphthalene evaporator, blower unit, gas naphthalene mixing system, reactor, steam water balance system, etc. The liquid naphthalene is evaporated into gas naphthalene through the naphthalene evaporator, mixed with the air heated by the air preheater in the vaporizer, and then enters the reactor for reaction. The circulating water for temperature reduction of molten salt will become steam, which will circulate in the steam water system and be provided for steam turbine and other equipment. In the naphthalene phthalic anhydride process, the bed temperature and salt temperature play a vital role, which is directly related to the normal production and personnel and equipment safety. If a simple temperature distribution table is used to list a large number of bed temperature and salt temperature data, it is extremely difficult for operators to grasp the bed temperature and salt temperature trends and find out the abnormal points among the various temperature data. In this system, the trend of bed temperature/salt temperature at different depths in the same column is expressed in the form of curve, so that the trend of temperature changes with depth becomes clear at a glance. At the same time, the temperature difference between different temperature measuring points at the same depth is also clearly visible, so that operators no longer rely on temperature tables with poor visibility, which greatly facilitates operators' control of bed temperature/salt temperature.
