HONEYWELL 51403519-160 K4LCN-16模擬量輸入模塊DEH升速過程采用主汽門(TV)控制，當(dāng)升速到2950 r／min時(shí)，切換閥門，由主汽門控制切換為高壓調(diào)門(GV)控制，后定速3000 r／min。
常規(guī)的閥切換經(jīng)常由于TV與GV的開起和關(guān)閉速率配合不好而造成的汽機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)很大[1]，為此，通過改進(jìn)閥切換控制方案：閥切換開始時(shí)，開高調(diào)門系數(shù)由1逐漸變?yōu)?，并且轉(zhuǎn)速PID同時(shí)作用于TV和GV，即：
GV閥位輸出＝開高調(diào)門系數(shù)×100＋（1－開高調(diào)門系數(shù)）×閥位給定（轉(zhuǎn)速PID輸出）
TV閥位輸出＝（1－開高調(diào)門系數(shù)）×100＋開高調(diào)門系數(shù)×閥位給定（轉(zhuǎn)速PID輸出）
采用新的閥切換控制方案后，在機(jī)組的各次起動(dòng)中，汽輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速在DEH進(jìn)行閥門切換過程中非常穩(wěn)定，轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)不超過5 r／min，滿足了DEH 汽輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速控制的要求。
雙冗余LVDT低選功能設(shè)計(jì)
LVDT雙通道高選位置反饋方式，若兩個(gè)LVDT同時(shí)斷線，則油動(dòng)機(jī)將全開，因此不滿足伺服系統(tǒng)安全設(shè)計(jì)原則。因此將原LVDT斷線檢測判斷后，拉低LVDT解調(diào)后的直流電壓，改為拉高LVDT直流電壓；將原LVDT直流電壓高選電路，改為低選電路，這樣若單個(gè)LVDT斷線，該LVDT直流電壓大于閥位指令電壓，由于采用低選電路，將不影響伺服系統(tǒng)的正常工作。若兩個(gè)LVDT均斷線，LVDT直流電壓大于閥位指令電壓，油動(dòng)機(jī)將全關(guān)。這樣修改后可同時(shí)滿足安全和冗余設(shè)計(jì)原則。The DEH speed raising process is controlled by the main throttle valve (TV). When the speed rises to 2950 r/min, the valve will be switched. Conventional valve switching often results in large turbine speed fluctuation due to poor matching of TV and GV opening and closing rates [1]. Therefore, the control scheme of valve switching is improved: at the beginning of valve switching, the opening high regulating valve coefficient gradually changes from 1 to 0, and the speed PID acts on TV and GV simultaneously, namely:
GV valve position output=open high regulating valve coefficient × 100 ＋ (1 － coefficient of opening high regulating valve) × Valve position setting (speed PID output)
TV valve position output=(1 - coefficient of opening high regulating valve) × 100+coefficient of opening high regulating valve × Valve position setting (speed PID output)
After adopting the new valve switching control scheme, during each startup of the unit, the turbine speed is very stable during the valve switching process of DEH, and the speed fluctuation does not exceed 5 r/min, meeting the requirements of DEH turbine speed control.
Design of dual redundancy LVDT low selection function
LVDT dual channel high selection position feedback mode, if two LVDTs are disconnected at the same time, the hydraulic servo motor will be fully opened, so it does not meet the safety design principle of the servo system. Therefore, after the original LVDT disconnection detection and judgment, the DC voltage after LVDT demodulation is pulled down and the DC voltage of LVDT is pulled up; The original LVDT DC voltage high selection circuit is changed to a low selection circuit, so that if a single LVDT is disconnected, the LVDT DC voltage is greater than the valve position command voltage. Since the low selection circuit is used, the normal operation of the servo system will not be affected. If both LVDTs are disconnected, and the LVDT DC voltage is greater than the valve position command voltage, the hydraulic servo motor will be fully closed. In this way, both safety and redundancy design principles can be met after modification
