本系統(tǒng)在去年8月一次投運成功,至今運行穩(wěn)定,通過了用戶驗收,得到了好評。該系統(tǒng)通過Profibus現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)將現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的控制與生產(chǎn)管理緊密結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)了控制、管理和監(jiān)視的機電一體化,提高了生產(chǎn)線綜合自動化水平,可以廣泛地應(yīng)用于汽車、摩托車行業(yè)的成車總裝和發(fā)動機總裝等生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。循環(huán)硫化床作為一種清潔高效燃燒技術(shù)在國內(nèi)被廣泛認(rèn)可,循環(huán)流化床的燃燒是介于層燃和室燃之間的一種燃燒技術(shù),是采用流態(tài)化的燃燒,其具有燃燒適應(yīng)性廣、燃燒效率高、燃燒強度大,溫度分布均勻、由于采用低溫分級燃燒,高效脫硫、氮氧化合物排量低、負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)范圍大、污染物排放低、灰渣綜合利用性能好等特點,屬于環(huán)保型鍋爐,是國家大力推廣的新型鍋爐。其燃燒工藝如下:燃料由爐前給煤系統(tǒng)送入爐膛。送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)由一次風(fēng)(鼓風(fēng))和二次風(fēng)組成,一次風(fēng)由爐床下部送入爐膛,主要保證料層流化:二次風(fēng)沿燃燒室分級多點送入,主要增加爐膛的含氧量起到助燃作用。燃燒后的物料變成一些較小的顆粒隨煙氣一起進入分離器,經(jīng)過固氣分離其中大部分顆粒由分離器下部的返料器重新送入爐膛,使?fàn)t膛內(nèi)有足夠高的灰度,保證流化;煙氣經(jīng)過除塵器由引風(fēng)機抽出。鍋爐控制系統(tǒng)主要有汽包水位自動控制、主汽壓力自動控制、爐膛壓力自動控制、給煤自動控制,鍋爐聯(lián)鎖控制等。其中汽包水位和主汽壓力、爐膛壓力主要是控制風(fēng)機和水泵,而傳統(tǒng)的控制方式是采用檔板或閥門來調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)量和流量,雖然方法簡單,但實際上是通過人為增加阻力的辦法達到調(diào)節(jié)的目的,這種節(jié)流調(diào)節(jié)方法浪費大量電能。而采用變頻調(diào)速的特點是效率高,沒有因調(diào)速帶來的附加轉(zhuǎn)差損耗,調(diào)速的范圍大,精度高、無級調(diào)速。容易實現(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào)控制和閉環(huán)控制,由于可以利用原鼠籠式電動機,所以特別適合于對舊設(shè)備的技術(shù)改造,它既保持了原電動機結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、可靠耐用、維護方便的優(yōu)點,又能達到節(jié)電的顯著效果,是鍋爐風(fēng)機水泵節(jié)能的較理想的方法。
二、系統(tǒng)介紹
控制系統(tǒng)采用

進行起??刂?,將節(jié)約大量電能,實現(xiàn)鍋爐的經(jīng)濟燃燒。下面以10噸流化床控制系統(tǒng)為例:

汽包水位:汽包水位是鍋爐控制系統(tǒng)中重要的參數(shù)之一。 采用單室平衡容器加差壓變送器的方法,可得到與汽包水位成正比的4—20mA的電流信號,測量儀表將該電流信號轉(zhuǎn)換為水位信號,直接在儀表上顯示汽包水位的高低。 該水位信號同時作為自動調(diào)節(jié)的汽包水位測量信號,參與系統(tǒng)的自動調(diào)節(jié)。
主汽壓力:用壓力變送器將主汽壓力轉(zhuǎn)換為4—20mA的電流信號,通過調(diào)節(jié)儀表將主汽壓力顯示出來。
