五、程序簡要介紹

六、工程總結(jié)
1、該系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)各種工作環(huán)境和各種用戶需求,面向廣大用戶群眾,精度高效率高。
2、系統(tǒng)的控制程序中擁有數(shù)據(jù)記憶,和模式切換系統(tǒng)的核心控制器采用擁有多軸高速脈沖輸出的維控PLC,控制8個(gè)步進(jìn),使系統(tǒng)更加可靠和穩(wěn)定。雙電源開關(guān)控制器可以對兩路供電電源(常用電源和備用電源)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)檢測。當(dāng)其中一路電源(常用電源或備用電源)斷電或是缺相時(shí),控制器就會(huì)發(fā)出切換命令,使供電電源自動(dòng)切換到另一路電源(備用電源或常用電源)上,以此來保障供電的連續(xù)性。控制器的工作方式主要有自動(dòng)方式和手動(dòng)方式兩種。
(1)自投自復(fù)模式:控制器對兩路電源進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,當(dāng)兩路電源都正常工作時(shí),則負(fù)載由常用電源供電;當(dāng)常用電源發(fā)生故障(斷電或缺相)時(shí),控制器發(fā)出切換命令使電源自動(dòng)切換到備用電源,此時(shí)負(fù)載由備用電源供電;當(dāng)常用電源恢復(fù)正常時(shí),控制器再次發(fā)出切換命令使負(fù)載供電由備用電源返回到常用電源。power supply required by the expansion module is provided by the CPU module through the bus connector.
