用一根大截面銅母線(或絕緣電纜)連接各裝置的柜體中心接地點,然后將接地母線直接連接接地極。接地線采用截面大于22mm2的銅導(dǎo)線,總母線使用截面大于60mm2的銅排。接地極的接地電阻小于2Ω,接地極好埋在距建筑物10~15m遠處,而且PLC系統(tǒng)接地點必須與強電設(shè)備接地點相距10m以上。
信號源接地時,屏蔽層應(yīng)在信號側(cè)接地;不接地時,應(yīng)在PLC側(cè)接地;信號線中間有接頭時,屏蔽層應(yīng)牢固連接并進行絕緣處理,一定要避免多點接地;多個測點信號的屏蔽雙絞線與多芯對絞總屏電纜連接時,各屏蔽層應(yīng)相互連接好,并經(jīng)絕緣處理。選擇適當(dāng)?shù)慕拥靥巻吸c接點。
5結(jié)束語
PLC控制系統(tǒng)中的干擾是一個十分復(fù)雜的問題,因此在抗干擾設(shè)計中應(yīng)綜合考慮各方面的因素,合理有效地抑制抗干擾,對有些干擾情況還需做具體分析,采取對癥下藥的方法,才能夠使PLC控制系統(tǒng)正常工作。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,對服裝質(zhì)量,縫紉工藝要求也越來越高;而傳統(tǒng)縫紉機制造業(yè)長期的過度競爭,盈利能力大大下降;而以前開袋還停在手工階段,生產(chǎn)效率低,質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定;因此應(yīng)客戶需求和企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,主要用于西服自動開袋的設(shè)備也就應(yīng)運而生。在人工成本日益上漲的今天,為企業(yè)進一步發(fā)展增強了競爭力。圖1為自動開袋機實物圖。



2  開袋機介紹
        該機型機頭由專用伺服馬達驅(qū)動,以固定速度高速針縫。應(yīng)用臺達高性能EH2系列可編程控制器,通過高速脈沖控制臺達ASD-B系列伺服馬達以不同速度拖動大壓腳送布,從而完成“密縫-線縫-密縫”、角刀、中心刀定位,再配合友好的操作界面及配方功能實現(xiàn)了袋蓋、定長、循環(huán)不同工藝要求。相應(yīng)關(guān)系如圖2所示。



1),機頭:工業(yè)縫紉機,專用伺服馬達控制,額定轉(zhuǎn)速2000RPM,具自動定針功能;
2),左右大壓腳:將布料壓于臺面,由伺服馬達拖動連續(xù)送布。并可防止布料縫縮,起皺;
