在同級(jí)別小型 PLC 中。因此終確定了用S7-200 SMART PLC + SMART LINE 700 IE觸摸屏替換了歐姆龍PLC+維綸觸摸屏的控制系統(tǒng)的方案。
4產(chǎn)品硬件配置
SIMATIC S7-200 SMART具有集成PROFINET接口，實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本與編程設(shè)備的通訊、強(qiáng)大的集成工藝功能，有效的解決方案，滿足自動(dòng)化需求、和靈活的可擴(kuò)展性、安裝簡(jiǎn)單方便、可拆卸的端子、緊湊的結(jié)構(gòu)可大大節(jié)省了控制柜安裝占用空間等特點(diǎn)。因此系統(tǒng)采用了SR40 CPU AC/DC/RLY的PLC作為控制中樞，其電源為AC220V，節(jié)省了電源模塊、數(shù)字量輸入為DC24V 24點(diǎn)，可直接與輸入點(diǎn)連接、16點(diǎn)輸出為繼電器輸出，干觸點(diǎn)電壓為5~30VDC或5~250VAC,電磁閥的線圈和接觸器的線圈供電電壓為AC220V，故可直接與PLC輸出電路連接，使系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單可靠。
SMART LINE 700 IE觸摸屏準(zhǔn)確地提供了人機(jī)界面的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功能，經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用，具備高性價(jià)比。具有集成PROFINET（以太網(wǎng)）接口，實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本與PLC控制設(shè)備的通訊，方便，快捷，強(qiáng)大的通訊功能， 256色真彩顯示，800 X 480 dpi寬屏顯示設(shè)計(jì)和傳統(tǒng)屏幕相比具有更大的可視面積，使單個(gè)畫面中可以顯示更多的信息，讓操作員具有更舒適的視覺體驗(yàn)，高分辨率使畫面更清晰，畫質(zhì)更細(xì)膩。由于使用了SMART LINE 700 觸摸屏，使得設(shè)備界面更加美觀，大方，也大大提高了操作的靈活性。下圖為觸摸屏操作界面。見圖5、圖6、圖76應(yīng)用體會(huì)
