FPC-CX DCS系統(tǒng)中,系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分為Information-NET和FL-NET兩個(gè)層次。Information-NET是由100Mbps高速冗余以太網(wǎng)構(gòu)成,其主要用于操作站、數(shù)據(jù)資料庫、打印機(jī)、Trend及OPC服務(wù)器等站點(diǎn)之間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接。FL-NET主要完成數(shù)據(jù)資料庫與控制站、操作站之間的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。它是整個(gè)FPC-CX系統(tǒng)中的骨架,為了保證整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性、可靠性和擴(kuò)充性,其主要采用100Mbps高速雙冗余以太網(wǎng)運(yùn)行。
3.DCS在醫(yī)院后勤鍋爐房管理中的應(yīng)用
3.1監(jiān)測功能
FPC-CX DCS作為總的控制系統(tǒng),可以對鍋爐的溫度、壓力及運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測,主要表現(xiàn)在以下方面:
(1)溫度:熱水鍋爐一次、二次供回水溫度;煙道溫度、煙氣余熱回收溫度、蒸汽集氣缸溫度、脫氧器溫度等、室外外氣溫度。
(2)壓力:蒸汽鍋輸出壓力、蒸汽集氣缸壓力、熱水鍋爐一次、二次供回水壓力、水箱上下限液位等
(3)其他:水泵運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)頻率等。

3.2顯示功能
對于現(xiàn)場操作人員來說,各模塊功能數(shù)據(jù)的顯示至關(guān)重要。FPC-CX DCS系統(tǒng)為我們提供了各系統(tǒng)的總流程圖面、控制畫面、報(bào)警畫面、實(shí)時(shí)趨勢和歷史趨勢等多動(dòng)態(tài)畫面組成的動(dòng)態(tài)流程圖,供值班人員監(jiān)測鍋爐的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。
(1)總流程圖:以流程圖的形式,通過圖形模擬等方式,動(dòng)態(tài)顯示鍋爐運(yùn)行的狀態(tài),值班人員可直觀了解鍋爐燃燒運(yùn)行的工況。
(2)控制畫面:點(diǎn)擊流程圖中4臺鍋爐中任何一個(gè)按鈕,可切入應(yīng)急停爐操作頁面,如現(xiàn)場有單臺鍋爐警報(bào)信號輸出,則值班人員時(shí)間可做應(yīng)急停爐處理,再行查看現(xiàn)場工況,以便提高鍋爐安全運(yùn)行系數(shù)。
(3)報(bào)警畫面:用于保存記錄和查詢歷史報(bào)警記錄,
(4)實(shí)時(shí)趨勢曲線頁面:反應(yīng)鍋爐運(yùn)行參數(shù)在短時(shí)間內(nèi)的變化走勢。操作人員可根據(jù)參數(shù)變化趨勢,對鍋爐工況進(jìn)行調(diào)整,提高鍋爐工作效率,達(dá)到節(jié)能減排的目的。
(5)報(bào)表畫面:從任意畫面下方切換報(bào)表進(jìn)入,報(bào)表中記錄了4臺鍋爐的運(yùn)行參數(shù),操作人員可根據(jù)需要查詢相應(yīng)日期歷史數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表,便于能耗分析。
4.DCS優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析
