中水處理系統(tǒng)是將生活污水還原成中水的處理過(guò)程。應(yīng)用過(guò)的生活污水被集中在調(diào)水池中，由充氧機(jī)進(jìn)行充氧。充氧后的水由提升泵提至生化池，由充氧機(jī)進(jìn)行兩級(jí)生化。在處理過(guò)程中還要對(duì)生化過(guò)的水進(jìn)行加藥，消毒，攪拌等工序，使其能夠達(dá)到二次使用的可能。處理過(guò)的中水由加壓泵打到回用池中，由供水泵供給用戶在利用。（主要用為沖廁或綠化用水）
3. 系統(tǒng)要求：
a. 調(diào)節(jié)池曝氣機(jī)
* 2臺(tái)（一用一備）380V/1.6KW 要有手/自動(dòng)切換
* 手動(dòng)方式：手動(dòng)控制兩臺(tái)曝氣機(jī)的切換及每臺(tái)曝氣機(jī)的起停。
* 自動(dòng)方式：自動(dòng)控制兩臺(tái)曝氣機(jī)的切換。
要求：當(dāng)運(yùn)行曝氣機(jī)出現(xiàn)熱保護(hù)時(shí)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換為備用機(jī)。
曝氣為間歇方式，曝氣半小時(shí)，間歇15分鐘，以保證生物菌存活。
b. 生化池曝氣機(jī)
* 一級(jí)生化池 2臺(tái) 380V/2.9KW（一用一備）
二級(jí)生化池 2臺(tái) 380V/1.6KW ( 一用一備)
* 手動(dòng)方式：手動(dòng)控制曝氣機(jī)起停。
* 自動(dòng)方式：自動(dòng)控制兩臺(tái)曝氣機(jī)的切換。
要求：當(dāng)運(yùn)行曝氣機(jī)出現(xiàn)熱保護(hù)時(shí)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換為備用機(jī)。
曝氣機(jī)白天12小時(shí)連續(xù)運(yùn)行，夜間進(jìn)入休眠狀態(tài)，每隔一小時(shí)曝氣10分鐘。
c. 提升泵
* 2臺(tái)（一用一備）380V/2.2KW 要有手/自動(dòng)切換
* 手動(dòng)方式：手動(dòng)控制兩臺(tái)泵的切換及每臺(tái)泵的起停。
* 自動(dòng)方式：自動(dòng)控制兩臺(tái)泵的切換。
要求：當(dāng)運(yùn)行泵出現(xiàn)熱保護(hù)時(shí)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換為備用機(jī)。

根據(jù)液位自動(dòng)控制泵的起停（高起低停），泵的起停與調(diào)節(jié)池，生化池液位聯(lián)動(dòng)，防止溢水。
d. 加壓泵
* 2臺(tái) （一用一備）380V/1.6KW 要有手/自動(dòng)切換
* 手動(dòng)方式：手動(dòng)控制兩臺(tái)泵的切換及每臺(tái)泵的起停。
* 自動(dòng)方式：自動(dòng)控制兩臺(tái)泵的切換。
要求：當(dāng)加壓泵出現(xiàn)熱保護(hù)時(shí)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換為備用機(jī)。
由PLC根據(jù)液位自動(dòng)控制泵的起停（高起低停），泵的起停與提升泵，供水泵，回用池液位聯(lián)動(dòng)，防止溢水。
e. 中水供水泵
* 2臺(tái)（一用一備）380V/3KW 要有手/自動(dòng)切換
* 手動(dòng)方式：手動(dòng)控制兩臺(tái)泵的切換及每臺(tái)泵的起停。
* 變頻恒壓供水方式：系統(tǒng)管網(wǎng)壓力高于設(shè)定時(shí)水泵減速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；低于設(shè)定加速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，一臺(tái)泵無(wú)法滿足流量值時(shí)另一臺(tái)泵自動(dòng)投入運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)保證系統(tǒng)壓力達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。由PLC根據(jù)液位自動(dòng)控制泵的起停（高起低停）同時(shí)與其它泵聯(lián)動(dòng)。系統(tǒng)有超高超低報(bào)警及變頻器故障自動(dòng)切換到工頻的功能。Electric self stop has been gradually replaced by photoelectric self stop, and photoelectric self stop has developed from two circuit to multiple circuit. The reclaimed water treatment system is a treatment process to restore domestic sewage into reclaimed water. The applied domestic sewage is concentrated in the water transfer tank and oxygenated by the oxygenator. The oxygenated water is lifted to the biochemical tank by the lift pump, and the oxygenator conducts two-stage biochemistry. In the process of treatment, biochemical water shall be added, disinfected, stirred and other processes to make it possible for secondary use. The treated reclaimed water is pumped into the reuse pool by the booster pump and supplied to the user by the water supply pump for reuse. (mainly used for toilet flushing or greening)
3. System requirements:
a. Aerator of regulating tank
*2 sets (one for use and one for standby) 380V/1.6KW shall have manual/automatic switching
*Manual mode: manually control the switching of two aerators and the start and stop of each aerator.
*Automatic mode: automatically control the switching of two aerators.
Requirements: when thermal protection occurs to the operating aerator, it will automatically switch to the standby machine.
Aeration is conducted in an intermittent manner, with an interval of half an hour and 15 minutes to ensure the survival of biological bacteria.
b. Biological tank aerator
Two 380V/2.9KW primary biochemical tanks (one for use and one for standby)
Two 380V/1.6KW secondary biochemical tanks (one for use and one for standby)
*Manual mode: manually control the start and stop of the aerator.
*Automatic mode: automatically control the switching of two aerators.
Requirements: when thermal protection occurs to the operating aerator, it will automatically switch to the standby machine.
The aerator operates continuously for 12 hours during the day, and enters into dormant state at night. Aeration lasts for 10 minutes every hour.
c. Lifting pump
*2 sets (one for use and one for standby) 380V/2.2KW shall have manual/automatic switching
*Manual mode: manually control the switching of two pumps and the start and stop of each pump.
*Automatic mode: automatically control the switching of two pumps.
Requirements: when the running pump has thermal protection, it will automatically switch to the standby machine.
PLC According to the liquid level, automatically control the start and stop of the pump (high start and low stop), and the start and stop of the pump are linked with the liquid level of the regulating tank and biochemical tank to prevent overflow.
d. Booster pump

e. Reclaimed water supply pump

*Variable frequency constant pressure water supply mode: when the system pipe network pressure is higher than the set value, the water pump will slow down; If one pump fails to meet the flow value when accelerating operation is lower than the set value, the other pump will automatically put into operation to ensure that the system pressure meets the design requirements. The PLC automatically controls the start and stop of the pump according to the liquid level (high start and low stop) and is linked with other pumps at the same time. The system has the function of ultra-high and ultra-low alarm and automatic switching to power frequency in case of inverter failure.
